Job Position: Store Executive
Job Location: Lagos

The Job

• Ensuring great excellent service as well as monitoring the store performance in relation to company standards.

Duties

• Manage store budgets and maintain financial records
• Oversee stock levels and order new items when required
• Attend to complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and standards
• Documentation of all stores activities i.e. receivables and refund etc.
• Management of store items and equipment to avoid damages
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Accounting skills required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills needed
• Proven successful experience as a store personnel
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
