Job Summary

• We are launching a new supermarket in Ojota and require an experienced Store Manager to lead operations from the ground up.
• The ideal candidate will establish operational systems, manage staff, oversee inventory, and drive profitability while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and daily management of supermarket operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise all store personnel.
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage supplier relationships, stock levels, and cash flow.
• Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 – 7 years of retail or supermarket management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-department operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
