About the Role

  • Crown Agents are pleased to be recruiting a Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist.
  • The jobholder will be one of the key personnel responsible for the Operations of the Abuja Premier Medical Warehouse and Lagos Federal Central Medical Warehouse by;
  • Managing reception, dispatch, stacking, packing-for-shipping of commodities at the warehouses
  • Providing storage, inventory management and other value-added services to facility users
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance on the warehouse infrastructure and assets in line with good industry practices

 As the Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist your specific responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as the key point of contact between the operator and client regarding site operations
  • Ensure that all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with QA/RA requirements.
  • Ensure that all documents pertaining to quality and regulatory affairs are filed in the appropriate folders in the daily course of duties
  • Oversee the destruction process of expired/unused SKU’s and drugs in line with Federal regulations and drug disposal policy
  • Submit weekly stock reports, indicating which items are near to expiry and/or minimum stock levels
  • Submit weekly temperature and humidity reports
  • Conduct a physical inventory of all stock on a monthly basis
  • This role is subject to successful bid

About you
As the Superintendent Pharmacist and Logistics Specialist you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology and be a licensed pharmacist
  • At least 10 years professional experience
  • Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of Medical Products and supplies
  • Proven experience in providing advice to senior-level government stakeholders
  • Experience providing advice to senior level government stakeholders
