Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in any field.
• 3-4 years of experience required.
• CIPM or HR related certifications is necessary.
• Must have knowledge of End-to-end recruitment process, learning & development & succession planning.
• Strong interpersonal relationship/management skills.
• Confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters.
