Across Global Travel & Tours Limited has been Nigeria’s trusted travel agency for over 20 years, helping clients with visas, study abroad, work permits, tours, and flight bookings. We’re expanding our digital presence and seeking a creative, tech-savvy individual to join our team.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Travel Agency Operations Manager

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Basic duties include

• Helps clients apply for visas to countries such as the UK, Canada, Schengen nations, Rwanda, Qatar, Egypt, and more.
• Prepares and submits visa applications professionally to improve chances of approval.
• Provides travel planning services including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary arrangements.
• Offers curated tour packages for holidays, relocations, study abroad support, and work permits.
• Assists travelers with documentation, proof of funds guidance, and embassy requirements.
• Overseeing daily office operations
• Managing staff and work schedules
• Ensuring customer inquiries and bookings are handled properly
• Monitoring processes, targets, and performance
• Improving efficiency and reducing errors
• Making sure company policies and procedures are followed
• Reporting directly to the owner or management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Yoruba communication
• Confident and ready to attend radio interviews and speak before crowds
• Strong computer skills
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
