Job Position: Travel Support Officer (Internship)

Job Location: Ikeja / Opebi, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and proactive Travel Support Officer (Intern) to join our team at Dluxfly Travels and Tours.
• The candidate will assist with client inquiries, manage reservations, support daily travel operations, marketing activities, and content creation.
• Ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience across all travel touchpoints..

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client inquiries, flight bookings, and general travel support.
• Manage and update client reservations, records, and communications.
• Support marketing campaigns and help create engaging travel content.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service online and in person.
• Maintain proper records of bookings and client interactions in the CRM.
• Report daily activities and client updates to the supervisor/manager.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc (any discipline).
• Open to all qualified candidates (no gender specification).
• Passionate about travel, marketing, and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools.
• No prior work experience required, training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
