Job Summary

• Responsible for instrumentation and electrical aspects of all Rotating and Static equipment to achieve greater optimum Operability for the FPSQ while ensuring 100% uptime for the Generators and support production equipment to routinely attain critical equipment and process plant uptime above 97%.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain stellar performance and smooth operation of all Rotating Equipment such as Generators, Pumps, Compressors and other production support equipment/utilities.
• Ensure 100% uptime of the Generators and support production equipment on the FPSO to attain a process plant uptime above 99.5%.
• Ensure the Mechanical maintenance task is executed efficiently, liaising with other Discipline Supervisors to minimize equipment down time. Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on generators, air compressors, and other equipment.
• Act as hands-on specialist, providing technical and faultfinding front-line support for all rotating equipment within the scope definition, covering scheduled maintenance activities, un-pIaned stops and breakdown situations on turbo machinery.
• Be responsible for the requisition of all spares and maintaining an efficient Sparing Philosophy for major critical spares for all rotating & key equipment.
• Identify, study, propose, and implement area for improvement (project) in the field of instrumentation and electrical engineering to enhance operation and improve total equipment reliability.
• Formulate plans, review and analyze preventive maintenance strategy for the equipment and instrumentation in order to achieve highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation.
• Perform all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic component repair or replacement of parts as specified by the OEM and as per API, ISO, etc.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical aspects of all critical equipment and control systems.
• Ensure working equipment are Intrinsically Safe & Explosion Proof and Spark Arrestors are used for all exhaust fumes. This is applicable to contractor’s equipment deployed to work on the FPSO.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of HND or equivalent certifications in Mechanical or Instrument and Electrical Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge and Skills in Predictive, Preventive Maintenance and CMMS.
• 5- 10 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor or Instrument and Electrical Technician on process facilities

Job Position: Production Supervisor

Job Summary

• Accountable for operations and facilities maintenance to ensure operational reliability and zero down time.
• Position is accountable for process and operations safety performance and logistics support for operations.
• Supervise, monitor and control of oil and gas production activities and utility systems to ensure that production targets are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

• Control well production operations to produce crude oil and gas at the required levels to meet the Company’s production targets.
• Ensure that areal barriers are maintained and that safety notices are prominently displayed in all work areas.
• Coordinate with Asset management team to use reservoir data to optimize production.
• Monitor well head and process equipment and coordinate the regular maintenance and repair of facilities & wells.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering degree in a core engineering discipline (Petroleum or Production). A Master’s degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Job Position: Logistics Manager (Operations)

Job Summary

• Oversee and coordinate all operational support services to the field operations, including loading and offloading of equipment on-board vessels and or drilling rig, from the base to offshore locations, Interface with Marine and Production personnel with Contractor’s operations, in order to ensure safe and reliable operations at all times.
• Manage inventories, marine vessels, support infrastructures and personnel at the Warri Base. Ensure good industrial relations with external work force.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Contract execution to ensure that offshore facilities requirements are met.
• Interface with key parties of the Contract and Company to ensure safe and smooth execution of the field operations.
• Oversee and support the field service engineers and the installation/maintenance crews to ensure proper execution of the Services.
• Lead investigations at both coastal and field locations associated with HSE incidents and accidents, and present results to the head office.
• Lead in any audit of the Contract and Contractor’s Facility at Coast or Field.
• Manage fleet to ensure vessels are maintained in an operable condition.
• Maintain and improve the Marine Safety Management System, Port Emergency Plan, Port waste management plan and other documentation in relation to the marine operation of the port.

Job Summary

• Manage field operational activities, including facilities and equipment maintenance, production operations and associated logistics support. Manage the day-to-day operations within the onshore and offshore environment and ensure the company’s oil production targets are achieved. Responsible for leading Production Operations and executing well intervention enhancement opportunities and programs in alignment with reservoir management and petroleum engineering expectations and practices, putting safe operations and operational reliability at the forefront and ensuring activities are delivered in cost efficient manner, consistent with functional company processes, policies, procedures and local regulations.
• Primary place of assignment shall be at the Company’s offshore location and the Warn Base Office where the maintenance team is located. May be asked to report for Strategy and Business Planning meetings in the Lagos office and or hold technical meetings with the subsurface and reservoir engineering team.

Job Summary

• Predictive / preventive maintenance and repair of all mechanical and static rotating equipment to ensure operational reliability at all times.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other mechanical systems for maintenance and or repair purposes.
• Responsible for preventive, routine and non-routine maintenance and for the repair of relevant machineries, pumps and compressors and document non-conformances and put a long term management plan in place.
• Conduct surveillance duties using hand tools and small power tools to capture performance data or aberrations on critical rotating equipment while running in preparation for future predictive maintenance.
• Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on power generating sets, gas compressors and gas turbines to ensure no power out on the FPSO facility.

Key Requirements

• OND / HND or equivalent competency certification in Mechanical Engineering Trade Tests.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of field experience with diesel and gas powered engines.
