Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and dynamic Videographer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate.
• You will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle—from concept to delivery—creating compelling video content that showcases our properties, builds our brand, and engages our target audience across multiple platforms.
• The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how to make a property look its absolute best.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Video Production: Manage all aspects of video production for property listings, including pre-production planning, on-location filming, and post-production editing.
• Create Immersive Content: Produce a variety of high-quality video content, including property walkthroughs, cinematic teasers, neighborhood highlights, and agent profile videos.
• Execute Advanced Shooting Techniques: Utilize drone footage (where legally compliant), gimbal stabilization, time-lapses, and HDR photography/videography to create dynamic and immersive visual experiences.
• Expert Video and Graphic Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and brand-consistent videos for use on our website, social media, online listings, and email marketing campaigns.
• Graphic Design & Motion Graphics: Create and incorporate lower-thirds, logos, transitions, maps, and simple motion graphics to enhance video storytelling and brand recognition.
• Sound Design and Color Grading: Enhance videos with professional audio mixing (music, voice-overs, sound effects) and perform color correction/grading to ensure a consistent, high-end visual style.
• Equipment and Asset Management: Maintain, manage, and operate all video, audio, and lighting equipment. Organize and archive all video footage and project files.
• Collaborate with Business Development& Sales: Work closely with the marketing team and real estate agents to develop creative concepts that align with marketing strategies and sales goals for each property.
• Optimize for Digital Platforms: Tailor video content and format for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay Current with Trends: Continuously research and implement the latest trends in real estate videography, editing styles, and social media content to keep our brand at the forefront.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Videography, Film Production, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Core Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience creating video content specifically for the real estate industry is a mandatory requirement. A strong portfolio demonstrating this is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Equipment Expertise: Hands-on experience with professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless), operating drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
• Creative & Artistic Eye: A strong portfolio showcasing a keen eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with a focus on creating an emotional connection.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time-management skills, the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines, and superb communication and collaboration skills.
