Apple & Pears Limited was incorporated in the year 2012 as an Agro-Allied & food industry to produce soya meal, concentrate and finished feed for the poultry, and refined edible oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, salad cream, vinegar, and custard powder for the Nigerian market. The company has invested millions of dollars in land, building, construction of infrastructural facilities and machinery, with one goal in mind and that is to have an integrated facility encompassing the complete value chain of the soya bean business, from sourcing, processing, and extraction to the packaging and distribution of a wide range of soya products. With an extensive distribution network which enables the company to market its product rangea wide range of markets, making a strong impact on the refined oil market segment and feed mill industry in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Warehouse In-Charge
Job Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
• Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.
• Ensure all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
• Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.
• Measure and report KPIs and operationl metrics to the operations Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years working experience with an FMCG firm.
• Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Proficient with microsoft word, excel, and inventory management software.
• Must reside in Enugu or willing to relocate.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, and conflit resolution.
• Strong knowledge of modern warehouse practices and methords.

Remuneration
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
