We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• The candidate will monitor and track the loading and offloading of products in and out of the warehouse. The candidate will also provide and keep accurate reports to aid efficient reporting and ensure Zero wastages.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management (Stock Inflow)
• Inspection of the container from the port
• Ensuring only approved HSPs are used and that stocks are moved in a very efficient manner
• Monitoring of Offloading/Trans loading
• Ensure proper time management in stock loading and offloading and ensure guidelines are followed
• Raising of GRN for each container

Reporting:

• Ensures better record keeping of all inventories and movements on bin cards and ERP online real-time.
• Issuing of waybill for Loaded trucks
• Wastage Elimination and Operational
• Daily reporting of the accurate stock position including bad and damages and soon to expire products
• Timely reporting of stock damages
• Weekly reporting of the stock reconciliation report
• Timely reporting of soon to expire products

Reconciliation:

• Update of stock card
• Carry out reconciliation between Source documents and Navision Posting and ensure accuracy

Stock Management (Stock Outflow):

• Ensure that the waybill match the actual quality of stock received at all times
• Monitoring of loading trucks upcountry 

Primary Control:

• Inspection of trucks/documents before Loading
• Ensure that all stocks are accurate at all times.
• Ensure stock is loaded on a FIFO basis always.
• All stock movement must be approved before release

Other Tasks:

• Infraction Closure and Insurance Claim
• Ability to handle other tasks that may be assigned - which are finance-related.
• Reporting of infraction for insurance claim within 7 days
• Ability to manage low-level skilled employees or labourers effectively.
• Infraction closure within 7 days for associates under supervision
• Reporting of infraction on SharePoint within 2 days of the occurrence

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum of an OND from a reputable polytechnic / technical college
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Age: 25- 30
