Job Title: Relationship Officers

JOB EXPECTATION:

1. Detail products and services to customers

2. Answer clients queries and questions with anticipation and act reactively to meet clients’ expectations

3. Manage business relations with clients’ through coordination between operational actions and client’ expectations

4. Regularly meet clients

5. Help clients in service selection where necessary

6. Ensure services provided are aligned with the company’s operating model

7. Liaise with Line Manager, Accountant and Director to avoid transaction error and communication gap

8. Organize and follow up cash transfer

9. Lead generation and acquisition of clients

10. To identify potential customers, offer products and services in order to increase sales and customers base

11. Ensure portfolio’s documentation management and information are updated regularly

12. Achievement of Sales targets as per timelines

13. To maintain relationship with existing and new customers to generate business opportunities

14. Enhancing relationship value with customers and suggesting products in accordance with standards

15. Acquire new relationships to increase customer base and business

16. Understand market needs and give feedback to plug the product gaps

17. Ensure requisite compliance with all applicable rules and regulations

18. Carry out any other assigned duties by management
