Job Title: Assistant Chef

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Food services/Catering industries.
• National & Continental Dishes, Pastries & Dessert
• Ensuring that all the food safety requirements outlined in the Health
• Carry out regular and frequent food hygiene audits on all Catering Division sites to assess the food
• Hygiene company standard and identify food hygiene risks.
• Take corrective action when food hygiene risks are identified with Company standards.

Requirements

• Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Maintain kitchen and work station cleanliness
• Candidates with minimum 3 year experience in Food/Cafeteria
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock audit check and balance.
• Experience of working in a similar role for a catering or food services company.
• You will possess excellent organizational skills and be an effective communicator at all levels.
• You should adept at report writing.
