Job Position: Associate
Managing and providing legal support to the firm in relation to all matters with a diverse range of transactions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities


  • Ensure that client relationships are effectively managed
  • Preparation and vetting of court processes
  • Management of court cases
  • General corporate and commercial law practice
  • Ability to draft and review documents

Qualifications

  • LLB/BL
  • Ability to see through objections and provide plausible counter arguments
  • Team player and leader
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be keen to innovate and be successful at formulating and implementing strategies and plans.
  • Excellent oral and writing skills
  • Sound, effective and enthusiastic communicator.
  • 3+ post law school work experience
  • Expertise in property/commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Articulate and creative
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong desire for research

 

Job Position: Senior Associate
Job Summary
Managing and providing legal support to the firm in relation to all matters in a diverse range of transactions in general company/commercial matters: JVs, Shareholder agreements, loan documentation, banking and related matters.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to take responsibility and work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Supervision of litigation/court processes
  • Ensure that client relationships are effectively managed
  • Ability to supervise staff
  • Provide legal opinions and advise clients on laws and procedures

Qualifications

  • LLB/BL
  • 5+ post-law school work experience with reputable organization/firm
  • Team player and leader
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be keen to innovate and be successful at formulating and implementing strategies and plans.
  • Excellent oral and writing skills
  • Sound, effective and enthusiastic communicator.
  • Expertise in property/commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Must be articulate
  • Experience of drafting and reviewing agreements
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong desire to grow with the firm
  • Ability to see through objections and provide plausible counter arguments
