A leading Confectionery Company located in Ojodu-Berger, Lagos State, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Bakery Coordinator/Operation Manager
Job Location: Ojodu-Berger, Lagos 
Basic Job Requirements

• A good First Degree from a reputable institution in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Food Tech and/or Economics
• At least 4 years working experience as a Manager or Supervisor in manufacturing/confectioneries/food processing/restaurant environment
• Age between 30-48 years; however, any person outside this range with strong credentials and experience could be considered
• Management of the retail outlets
• A proven track record in team management and service administration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Availability to work on weekends.
