Requirements
- Must have minimum of 15 years experience in relevant ceramic field.
- Capable of handling ball mill and spray dryer operations.
- Ability to produce according to schedule or daily plan.
- Experience in trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and manpower arrangements.
- Ability to train others on operations and safety procedures.
