Job Description

• The Chefs will report to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for the profitable operations of thie Kitchen and Catering services as a profit centre.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• HND/OND/NCE in Catering and Hotel Management.
• A minimum of three years' experience as a Chef in a three Star hotel.
• Versatility with Nigerian and Continental cuisines.
• Good leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good level of commercial awareness and ability to turn the unit into an independent profit centre.
• Must be a team player.
