Job Description

• This position exists to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements, modifications and maintenance of client needs are in the purview of this role.
• A significant knowledge of software development is an advantage for this position.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2.1 in Business Administration or related course

Required Skills:

• Exceptional negotiation skills. Ability to translate and communicate requirements from clients to the production team and vice versa. Sql, database, spreadsheets and word processing proficiency.
