Job Description

• The cooks will report to chefs and will ensure the hotel guests enjoy the culinary delights for both Nigerian and continental cuisines.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• OND Catering and a minimum of three years cognate experience in a three star hotel for Nigerian / Continental cuisines.
• SSCE with not less than five years' experience in a three star notet for Nigerian/Continental cuisines.
• High level of personal hygiene and must be a learn player.
