A reputable Micro Finance Bank, located in a commercially active semi-urban town in Anambra State, South East Nigeria, as part of its strategic initiative to reposition the institution for full business optimization, seeks to recruit very competent management cadre personnel into the below position:

Job Title:   Head, Credit & Marketing

Location: Anambra

Responsibilities

• Appraisal & recommendation of credit requests.
• Confirmation of collateral s & Day-to-day review of credits.
• Routine determination of PAR ratio and other relevant ratio. Among others.

Qualification/Competencies

• Minimum of a good B.Sc(2.2) or HND (Upper Credit) in Banking, Finance or any other relevant discipline.
• Five (5) years working experience in credit with passion and drive for marketing.
• Demonstrable performance, Computer proficiency.
• Experience in Microfinance banking and is an advantage.
• Possession of CHIN Microfinance certification shall be an added advantage.
• Age limit - 45 years.
