Job Description

• We are looking for a professional real estate agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• OND/HND/B.Sc in related field
• 3 - 5 years work experience
• Knowledge of end to end Real estate Business
• A background in civil engineering with proven track of successful sales record
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Understanding the Customer, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Legal Compliance, Professionalism, Meeting Sales Goals

Job Responsibilities

• Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential sellers; meeting potential sellers in community activities.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare of Bill of Quotation (BOQ), also to prepare and proofread real estate documents from leases to closing contracts
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
• Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
