REGISTERED NURSE

We are a new private International School located in Jericho, Ibadan; offering the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers (up to age five)

We seek a Registered Female School Nurse

REGISTERED FEMALE SCHOOL NURSE

1. Must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 5 years verifiable work experience.
2. Must possess Certification or qualification and Professional Registration
3. Additional experience in Paediatric Health care is an advantage
4. Previous Early Years working experience is an advantage
5. Ability to work outside regular office hours including holidays as may be required
6. Must possess strong interpersonal skills
7. Be able to record and maintain medical records of children and staff alike
8. Be able to respond to emergencies and provide First Aid to children and staff alike

Qualification & Requirements

• B.sc Nursing or its equivalent
• Must have passion for children
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to assess situations and determine urgency
• Knowledge and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures and techniques
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to spontaneously engage articulately with children, parents and colleagues
