Retail / Floor Supervisor Job in a Bakery - Rovedana

Rovedana - Our client, a Culinary Bakery, is looking to hire a suitable candidate for the position below:

Job Position: Retail/Floor Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Main Responsibilities

• Maintain costumer satisfaction.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with master baker for items to be in stock.
• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
• Formulate pricing policies.
• Ensure pricing is correct.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
• Ensure the displays doesn't run out of goods.
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
• Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.

Required Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• HND in a relevant field
• Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years relevant work
• Experience managing stand alone outlets
