AfricaPlan Philanthropies is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underserved young people in Africa by providing opportunities in technology careers and entrepreneurship.
Our mission focuses on delivering comprehensive training, internships, and job placements to continue to shrink the gap between education and employment for college graduates in the country. Our flagship program, Hackathon Africa, started in 2021 is a unique 6-month long program involving a fully paid, immersive 3-month in- person coding education and 3-month hands-on internship aimed at preparing participants for lucrative technology careers.
