We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work. We build a professional team with experienced collectors for every loan agency, using SMS, calls, emails, various social media platforms to remind and encourage overdue customers to make repayments.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Collection Team Leader

Job Location: Abule-Egba, Jankara Ijaiye, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the recovery team.
• Setting performance goals and targets for team members.
• Providing training and guidance to team members on recovery processes and techniques.
• Monitoring the progress of recovery efforts and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Handling escalated cases and resolving conflicts within the team.
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting on team performance and presenting findings to management.
• Developing strategies to optimize recovery processes and increase efficiency.
• Ensuring that all recovery activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with legal requirements.

Salary 
N120,000 - N180,000 Monthly.

2.) Loan Collection Officer

• The Ideal candidate should understand how to manage clients.
• Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debt.
• Send messages to customers.
• Guide customers through the payment process.
• Persuade reluctant customers to make payments promptly.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Give a proper and correct report of work.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 - 1 year of experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / Month.

3.) Recruitment Specialist

Job Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Job posting and advertising: Creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards and social media platforms to attract candidates.
• Candidate sourcing: Actively searching for potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events.
• Screening and shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates to determine their suitability for the position.
• Coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating the hiring process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
