The Embassy of Ireland manages all aspects of Ireland's relationship with Nigeria, with non-resident accreditations to Ghana, Senegal and ECOWAS. Ireland is a major donor to the humanitarian crisis in the Lake Chad Region affecting Nigeria, Niger, Cameroon and Chad.
