Integrated Factory Foods Company Limited is an indigenous integrated food processing company, incorporated on 9th of June 2016 by a consortium of corporate entities; FactoryCompanyLimited & Elixir Investment Partners Limited.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Accounting Clerk

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Daily entering of key financial data of transactions in the database.
• Provide assistance support to company personnel.
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• Proven accounting experience.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
• Data entry and word processing skills.
• Proximity to location is key
