Position: Accounts Assistant (m/f)

Your profile

• Post-secondary education (an asset)
• 2 years of related experience in customer service, accounting, data/order entry, and/or office administration
• Demonstrated computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Working closely with both internal and external customers in managing the administrative requirements associated with shipping and returning rental equipment
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including entry of contract details, material lists and associated documents within the order management system
• Generating and maintaining reports regarding order history, open orders, back orders, etc.
• Timely customer billing by producing appropriate control prints and final invoicing packages
• Responding to customer issues in a timely and effective manner
