Job Position: Bar Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Bar Manager oversees all bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage service, innovative drink offerings, and a vibrant atmosphere. 
• With at least 3 years of experience, including strong expertise in mixology, the ideal candidate manages staff, controls inventory, and enhances guest experience through creative and high-quality cocktails and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise bar staff to deliver top-tier service.
• Develop and update the beverage menu with innovative cocktails, emphasising mixology techniques.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new spirits, and cocktail creations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost bar revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bar management or a similar role.
• Extensive mixology knowledge and skill in creating innovative cocktails.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
