Everything Shelter Limited functions as a design and construction department within various companies, partnering to enhance their shelter projects. We also act as construction managers for individual clients, overseeing projects with a team of experienced professionals, including architects, engineers, and construction experts.

Job Position: Brand & Operations Assistant

Job Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, organized, and excited about digital work, social media, and community building.

Responsibilities

• Design and schedule engaging posts (IG, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
• Help attract new clients through smart content & lead strategies
• Manage and grow an active online community (Remote Work Hub)
• Coordinate inquiries and follow-ups for pre-wedding clients
• Support launches, planning, and admin tasks
• Keep things organized behind the scenes (calendar, tasks, reminders)

Requirements

• Know Canva, social media tools, and Google Workspace
• Enjoy managing communities and connecting with people
• Can write clearly and get things done without micromanagement
• Have experience with digital work or content creation
• Are highly organized and responsive.
