Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and represent the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven managerial experience, preferably in lithium or mining.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of lithium market trends and regulations.
