Summary

• They are looking for a Business Development Specialist with strong experience in the government sector to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities within ministries, parastatals, and government agencies, driving strategic partnerships and supporting the company’s growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads and partnership opportunities in the public sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government institutions.
• Lead proposal writing, bid preparation, and contract negotiation processes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to government relations and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of client objectives and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development within the government or public sector.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and contracting processes.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
