We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client Relations Manager
Job Location: Dopemu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the attainment of the company’s Income targets
• Manage day-to-day relationships with leads and develop a deep understanding of their needs
• Prepare and make effective service presentations to leads
• Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports and presentations that will win the company contracts in ongoing and upcoming projects
• Support in the bidding process and ensure that most bids are won
• Interface with industry regulators relevant to business development and provide regular business development reports
• Demonstrate consistent business development with target-driven achievements
• Any other business development functions as may be directed by the management

Specifications

• B.Sc / BA in business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Client Relations Officer in the engineering services sector
• Proven record of accomplishment in business development activities
• Strong presentation, communication skills with a good understanding of the business-to-business environment and excellent business acumen
• A good ear-to-the-ground knowledge of upcoming and ongoing projects relative to the company’s business focus
• Any professional certification in CRM is desirable
• Excellent organization skills to meet goals and set priorities.

Salary
This position comes with a two-pronged emolument:

• Monthly salary
• Negotiated commission on won prospects.
