Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities
Pre-Loan Disbursement:

• Promote/market client's products to perspective clients
• Visit and evaluate potential client businesses
• Analyse financial data of client businesses
• Analyse of qualitative data of client businesses and households
• Prepare loan documents for credit committee
• Present loan files to credit committee

Post-Loan Disbursement:

• Conduct monitoring visits to business and households
• Follow up on loan repayment
• Manage loan recovery
• Assess the impact of loan before renewal

Education / Experience

• HND minimum/BA,BSC (Management /Banking and Finance related courses)
• Basic knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
• No previous experience required
