HR Business Partner Job at E-commerce Organisation

An organization in the ecommerce business requires the services of qualified candidates for urgent employment in the capacity below due to its expansion plans:

Job Position: HR Business Partner
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos 
Type: Full Time

Job Summary & Purpose

• To deliver various human resources initiatives to support the new business, this includes execution of approved HR strategy for business, HR policies, procedures and processes in designated business area and drive the achievement of overall corporate objectives.

The Person

• Minimum of a First Degree in Social Science, Industrial Relations/ Business Administration/ related field.
• Relevant professional qualification e.g. CIPM, SHRM will be nice to have
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR Management with at least 1 or 2 years in a retail environment like Shoprite, Hubmart, Spar etc.
• Understanding of HR strategy and ability to drive same is be required.
