The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyor and Valuers (NIESV) is a non-profit voluntary Professional Association set up in 1969 to cater for the interest of the landed profession in Nigeria with core competence in areas such as Valuation of properties, and other assets (including plant and machinery); letting and sale of properties; property and facilities management; feasibility and viability appraisal; and project management, etc.
