Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Scope of Work

• We are seeking a practical, emotionally intelligent, and street-smart HR Officer who can structure operations, strengthen recruitment, and drive accountability across the business.
• This role requires someone who understands fast-paced retail environments, stays informed about daily store operations, and confidently bridges communication between management and staff.
• The ideal candidate must combine strong recruitment capability with operational oversight and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Draft employment contracts and manage staff documentation
• Structure and improve operational workflows within the business
• Monitor daily operations and team performance
• Handle staff complaints and resolve internal issues professionally
• Bridge communication between management and staff
• Implement accountability systems and performance tracking
• Maintain organized HR records and reporting
• Oversee Payroll administration

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience
• Experience in retail fashion or other fast-paced industries
• Strong recruitment and talent selection skills
• Emotionally intelligent, balanced, and firm when necessary
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and operationally aware
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confident drafting contracts, policies, SOPs, KPIs, and managing staff documentation
• Female candidates are preferred.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
