Job Description

• As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for handling daily HR tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Supervise payroll input, leave tracking, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain proper documentation of income and expenses
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare space
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly
