Job Description

  • Carry out recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.
  • Manage employee records, including maintaining accurate personnel files, tracking attendance, and updating relevant databases.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including assisting with salary reviews and compensation benchmarking.
  • Manage exit processes, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Develope and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and identifying training and development needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related matters and contribute to a positive company culture.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events to promote team cohesion and morale.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in any related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience from a reputable company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

Salary
N150,000 Net.
