Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:


  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
  • The canddidates must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
  • The candidates should not be more than 35 years of age
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite of tools
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management or other relevant professional body
  • An MBA is an added advantage
