Job Position: IT Support Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• An IT Support Engineer is required to provide ongoing support for our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Proven experience working with radio and Wi-fi technologies
• You will also have demonstrated experience in the operations of technologies of ICT infrastructure, including routers and switches
• Full understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Understanding of ITIL service management best practices
• Professional presentation in appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Must reside around the Ajah / Lekki area.
