We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Condition Monitoring Officer – RA Public Areas

Job Location: Bonny Island, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Nature: Standard

Job Summary


  • The Condition Monitoring Officer is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and assessing the condition of rotating and static equipment, facilities, and public area assets within the RA (Residential Area) to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • The role supports preventive and predictive maintenance programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting on asset health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of equipment and public area utilities (e.g., pumps, HVAC systems, lighting, water systems, and generators).
  • Collect and analyze data using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and other condition monitoring tools.
  • Identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset condition, inspection results, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and environmental policies.
  • Liaise with maintenance, operations, and HSE teams to coordinate required interventions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and performance

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering (or related field).
  • 5 years of experience in condition monitoring or maintenance within the oil and gas or energy sector.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing).
  • Familiarity with CMMS or reliability-based maintenance systems.
  • Certification in Condition Monitoring or Reliability Engineering is an added advantage.

2.) Facility Engineer

Job Location: Bonny Island, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Nature: Standard

Job Summary

  • The Facility Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and integrity of company facilities and infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable support for operations.
  • The role includes planning, coordinating, and implementing maintenance programs, project works, and facility improvements in line with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and operation of facilities, including buildings, utilities, HVAC systems, power supply, and related infrastructure.
  • Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure asset reliability.
  • Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Support facility upgrades, refurbishments, and small capital projects from design to completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
  • Prepare technical reports, work orders, and documentation on facility condition and performance.
  • Collaborate with HSE, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Manage budgets, materials, and resources for maintenance and project activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facility Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of experience in facility management or engineering within the oil and gas or industrial sector.
  • Sound knowledge of building systems (HVAC, power, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS) and safety regulations.
  • Project management experience and understanding of construction standards are an advantage.

3.) Mid & Long-Term Planner – CHO, ABJ & LTO

Job Location: Bonny Island, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Nature: Standard

Description

  • The Mid- & Long-Term Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing medium- and long-term maintenance plans for CHO, ABJ, and LTO assets to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and alignment with operational objectives.
  • The role ensures maintenance activities are effectively scheduled, resourced, and integrated with production and turnaround plans in compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mid- and long-term maintenance and asset integrity plans across CHO, ABJ, and LTO sites.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to define work scopes and schedules.
  • Analyze equipment history, performance data, and reliability trends to optimize maintenance strategies.
  • Prepare detailed maintenance forecasts, manpower requirements, and material planning.
  • Integrate maintenance plans with production, shutdown, and project schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Track progress of planned activities and ensure timely execution in line with performance targets.
  • Ensure maintenance plans comply with HSE and quality management systems.
  • Generate periodic reports on maintenance performance, cost analysis, and asset reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • 5–8 years of experience in maintenance planning or reliability engineering within the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles.
  • Proficiency in planning software and CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, Primavera, MS Project).
  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience coordinating multi-site or multi-asset maintenance operations is an advantage.
