We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Bookkeeper 

Job Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 Responsibilities


  • Record Financial Transactions: Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and tax obligations.
  • Assist with Payroll: Process payroll and ensure accurate tax withholdings and reporting.
  • Utilize Accounting Software: Proficiently use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks) to manage financial data and generate reports.

2.) Warehouse Supervisor 1

Job Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Warehouse Supervisor oversees inventory management, timely loading/unloading of goods, stock accuracy, coordination with sales and logistics teams, and ensures order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory / Stock Management:

  • Maintain accurate stock records using manual or digital tools.
  • Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile physical vs. system records.
  • Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First-Out) principles.
  • Report low stock levels and coordinate restocking.
  • Identify and report slow-moving stock to prevent expiry.
  • Ensure all inventory activities follow the company’s SOPs and stock handling guidelines.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to detect discrepancies.
  • Assist in stock audits and ensure supporting documents are filed and available for review.
  • Oversee proper storage practices: product labeling, stacking, and safe handling (especially for perishables).
  • Coordinate preparation and ensure the accuracy of all stock-related documents (e.g., GRNs, waybills, delivery notes).
  • Report stock variances, damages, or shortages to the Head of Warehouse Operations, with root cause analysis and suggested resolutions.
  • Submit daily and weekly performance and stock reports to the Head of Warehouse.

Salary
N90,000 / month.

3.) Van Sales Representative, 101

Job Location: Berger, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Vehicle Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting dealership sales goals.
  • The role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Process sales paperwork and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates shouldI should possess an SSCE / NECO / GCE or OND with 2-4 years of experience as a sales representative.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
