We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Male HSE Coordinator

Job Location: Victoria Island, and Ikoyi - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Overview

  • We are seeking to hire a male HSE Coordinator who will oversee the implementation and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across all managed facilities, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards.
  • He will conduct risk assessments, lead safety training, investigate incidents, and drive initiatives that promote a strongsafety culture while supporting environmental sustainability and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for staff, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and compile detailed reports with root cause analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date HSE records, including incident logs, inspection reports, and safety data sheets.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support emergency preparedness plans, including drills and response coordination.
  • Monitor environmental impacts and ensure sustainable waste management and energy use practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
  • Experience in the facilities management field.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools.

2.) Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern (NYSC)

Job Location: Victoria Island and Ikoyi - Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Enthusiast to join our team. The role is open to NYSC members or fresh graduate who have a flair for content creation, digital marketing, and online community management.
  • The ideal candidate will support the company’s online presence, engage audiences, and help promote our brand through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (text, graphics, short videos)
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and provide reports on social media performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Requirements

  • Currently serving NYSC member or fresh graduate with interest in social media and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (added advantage).
  • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS i.e Sprapi, wordpress
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
