About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between end-users and the technical team.
  • Negotiate project-related deals and agreements.

2.) Field Engineer - ISP / Telecom

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive Field Engineer to carry out network installations, maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting for our ISP / telecommunications customers.
  • This role involves hands-on work with networking hardware and requires excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, modems, cabling) at customer sites.

3.) IP Operator - ISP / Telecom

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced IP Operator to join our team in the ISP/telecoms sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in networking engineering, hands-on experience with telecom-grade equipment, and the ability to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Implement and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols including VLAN, trunks, STP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Optimize network performance through proactive monitoring and problem resolution.
  • Configure and maintain Mikrotik and Cisco devices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Unix-based servers (Redhat, CentOS, Debian).
  • Implement and troubleshoot LAC/LNS systems.
