Land Surveyor

Matrix Homes and Properties Ltd is a fast growing real estate firm driven by passion to provide affordable houses to the general public.

We are looking for Land Surveyors who for:

1. Marking and delineating boundaries and reference points on a property

2. Preparing and maintaining, sketches, maps and report of legal description of survey

3. Writing description of property boundaries

4. Employing specialized equipment including distance measuring wheel GPS and geographic information System devices to measure boundaries.

5. Collaborating with site managers, construction crew and government agencies when necessary
