Crystalite Care Concept, a logistics company, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Manager
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customers inquiries
• Communicate with customers through various social media channels (Instagram, Twitter's Facebook etc)
• Acknowledge our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Keeping records customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience.

Salary

• N200,000 - 350,000 monthly.
