Job Summary

• This role is suited to a results-driven leader with a strong background in banking and marketing, who can drive growth, enhance financial performance, and maintain regulatory compliance within the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business strategies and operational plans to meet the bank's goals.
• Lead and supervise all aspects of daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and high service quality.
• Drive marketing and business development initiatives, expanding the bank's client base and promoting financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold industry standards.
• Manage financial resources effectively and optimize operational performance.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and board members, to foster partnerships and support innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior Management role within the commercial banking or microfinance sector, with a strong emphasis on marketing and business development.
• Bachelor's degree /HND in Banking, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
