Job Position: Operations & Maintenance Technician

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Purpose of The Position

• This role is responsible for providing support in the operations and maintenance of assigned sites and plants.

Responsibilities
You will:

• Support in the operation of assigned plants according to OEM guidelines and company requirements
• Carry out maintenance of plants both in our customers’ sites and our own (O&M) site.
• Liaise with customers in proffering solutions to their plant problems.
• Ensure that suitable spare parts are utilized at all times.
• Advise the Parts and Services Administrator to order replacement parts as soon as possible when stock is used.
• Engage with Engineers and customers to ensure reliable service support.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• HND or City & Guilds finals in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least
• 3 years of experience in a service or other relevant industries.
• Good knowledge of Power Generation systems
• High customer orientation, efficient and target-oriented way of working
• Technical know-how
• Basic report writing skills
• Client management skills
• High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, dynamism, responsibility and ownership of tasks
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Basic level of computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
