Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-8 years experience in a similar function.
• A good Degree from an accredited University with military background / training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good analytical/critical reasoning skills.
• Proficient in use of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and changing priorities
• Proven decision-making skills and proactiveness
• Resourceful
• Innovative thinking and use of initiative
• Adaptive to change.
