Programs Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs, business development, and manage staff. You will provide managerial guidance to staff and partners/clients to promote the company’s objectives. You will also oversee the progress of operations.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff. (A great fit is someone experienced in either, NGO/ non-profit, education, arts and culture, business management, or marketing).

The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Job Title: Programs Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects across states (Lagos, Abuja, other Nigerian states, abroad)
• Outreach and promote sales/business for the company
• Help develop suitable strategies and objectives
• Coordinate cross-project activities 
• Lead and liase with other staff often outside of Lagos
• Control deadlines, budgets and activities
• Prepare reports for programs
• Help with recruiting of staff and teachers

Requirements

• Great writting english (good with emails and communication)
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
• Great computer skills (MS word, excel, powerpoint, email)
• Very organized and productive
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and students/children is a plus

About Us

We are a Performing Arts School based in Abuja and expanding to Lagos. We teach students dance, theatre, music, and other art forms. We work with clients and partners in the education sector, government, NGOs, and corporate sector.

Note: Role is based in Lagos but may need to travel to Abuja sometimes.
